Marketing Staf

Build and maintain customer relationships, identify new opportunities, prepare proposals, coordinate internally, conduct market research, meet sales targets, and keep accurate reports to drive business growth.

Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and presentations.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue objectives.
Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Syarat

Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business
Development are welcome to apply.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business,
Management, Communication, or a related field.
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and/or written) is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Willing to work in Tangerang, Banten.
