Pekerjaan

1. Identify and pursue new sales prospects via cold calling, networking, and social media.
2. Schedule meetings with potential clients and conduct compelling product/service demonstrations
3. Prepare and deliver tailored quotations, proposals, and contracts that benefit both the client and the company
4. Negotiate pricing and terms to finalize sales and meet established revenue quotas
5. Oversee a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
6. Gather feedback from customers and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive
7. Log all sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the company’s sales system.
8. Fluent in English & Mandarin
9. Have experience in the same field min.3 years

Gaji

Rp. 8.000.000 - 12.000.000 / bulan

Syarat

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
2. Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, business development, or customer-facing commercial roles.
3. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
4. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and public speaking skills with a highly resilient, target-driven mindset
