Pekerjaan

- Manage Existing Customers: Handle & develop relationships with Masterbatch, Engineering Compounder, PVC Compounder, Coating, PVC Rigid (pipe, profile, roofing), and soft market customers. Identify & pursue new opportunities with existing customers for increased demand.

- Promote new products & control development progress with customers. Report all customer developments to principals regularly.

- Collaborate with Business Unit Manager to set & achieve sales targets based on budget. Create action plans for further growth.

- Monitor & report monthly sales budget achievement. Build & maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

- Plan orders with Business Unit Manager based on sales history & customer forecasts. Ensure adequate stock levels.

- Monitor AR from all customers & follow up on payment schedules.

Gaji

Rp. 8.000.000 - 15.000.000 / bulan

Hari Libur

- Libur 2 hari penuh (Sabtu & Minggu), libur nasional

Syarat

- Minimum formal education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.

- Maximum age of 40 years

- Has work experience as Sales Industrial Chemical/Plastics/Additives/Industrial compounders/Experience in plastic/sales industry preferred At least 5–7 years of experience in the field.

- Strong communication & relationship-building skills.

- Proactive & target-driven.

- Able to work with customers & internal teams

- Location Jakarta or/and Cikarang.
