• Maintain a positive, safe, and joyful classroom environment.
• Participate in teacher training and curriculum development.

Syarat

• Female, maximum 45 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education, English Education, Psychology, or related fields).
• Passionate about teaching young children aged 2–8 years.
• Fluent in spoken English (active English is preferred).
• Loves children and enjoys interacting with them.
• Patient, cheerful, creative, and energetic.
• Willing to learn and apply the Montessori approach in teaching.
• Interested in literacy development and phonics instruction.
• Able to sing children's songs and lead fun activities is a plus.
• Good communication skills with children and parents.
• Able to work in a team and maintain professionalism.
• Teaching experience in preschool, kindergarten, enrichment center, or phonics classes is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading.
